Booking Terms

PROFESSIONAL STIPULATIONS

To inquire about Kyle’s rates please fill out the booking request form and submit. Please read the all stipulations. 

Clients will be required to fill out a form that stipulates the dates they are interested in booking, the scope and sequence you want Kyle to do on the trip, and video links of the dancers Kyle will be working with. NO Decisions on bookings can be approved without this form being filled out completely including the video. 

Kyle will contact you through email letting the client known their request has been accepted and accommodate the client’s request within one week of acceptance. If Kyle is unable to fulfill the request he will provide you at minimum one additional tap dancer/choreographer that could meet the work requested.

If the clients have been approved for booking, an invoice will be sent to the client via email. Clients will be required to make a deposit in the amount of 20% of the total bill to confirm your dates. All deposits must be paid at least one month in advance of the start of the work, otherwise the dates will not be held. All deposits are non-refundable except in the case if Kyle cancels for professional work. In this case refunds will be sent out within 24 hours of the cancellation through the USPS. 

All rates are FINAL, rates are not for negotiation and are current for this dance season regardless if you are a new or existing client. This is professional and fair to all students, teachers, or performances.

Travel to each event.  Kyle will book all of his own travel. This allows Kyle to meet the needs of other events he has already scheduled. Reimbursement in the full amount of a Southwest/United economy ticket is required for all bookings at the time of settling the final balance of the trip. Parking fees at the local airport will also be attached to the final bill.  

Lodging will be at the discretion of the booking party however it is required to be in a hotel of some kind and not in a residence of the producer of the event, or the residence of a friend of the producer of the event. The booking party is required to provide Kyle with meals during his stay in their city/town.  

Transportation to and from the airport, to and from the hotel to the studio or performance venue is required by the producer of the event. In the event that the producer can’t provide transportation reimbursement for Uberx  or Lyft must be provided at the time of settling the final bill. 

If the studio does not have a wood floor please provide one by going to www.sprungfloors.com to make your purchase of a 4’ x 4’ tap floor. Tap Dancers need to have a wood floor to work on and so we have this requirement.
